Shipping & Handling

Orders ship out Monday - Friday*. 

Most orders that are placed by 5:30 EST Monday - Thursday will be shipped that day unless you select a future delivery date at checkout.

Orders that are placed on Friday by noon EST will be shipped that day, otherwise they will be shipped the following Monday.

We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. 

 

Shipping Carrier

We use FedEx to calculate shipping charges based on the size and weight of your order and your location. We currently offer the following options:

  • FedEx Ground (click on the map to estimate number of days to deliver using this method)
  • FedEx Two-Day air options
  • FedEx overnight options

 

FedEx delivers daily. 

We cannot be held responsible for on time FedEx deliveries. Once your order has been picked up by FedEx, the carrier is responsible for ensuring that it is delivered on time. 

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number when your order ships out.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much will it cost to ship my order? This depends on where your order is being shipped. Once you have added all of your products to your cart, proceed to your cart to view all of your products. Enter your shipping destination state and zip code and you will be presented with shipping options prior to completing the checkout process.

How long will it take my order to arrive? If you select FedEx Ground, please see the map on this page to determine the number of days it will take to arrive. 

Will you ship to a P.O. Box? If you require USPS shipping, please contact us by phone to place your order.

Where do you ship? We ship within the 50 United States.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We offer the ability to ship your order to multiple addresses without you having to create multiple orders.Simply follow these steps:

  1. Add all desired items to your cart
  2. Visit your cart page
  3. Look for the link that says “Check Out With Multiple Addresses” (below the “Go to Checkout” button)
  4.  You will now be prompted to log in or set up an account (note: you MUST create an account in our website in order to use this feature, you cannot check out as a GUEST and ship to multiple addresses on the same transaction)
  5. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to a page which allows you to separate out your products based on the address you want to ship to. You will need to add the addresses you want to ship to into your address book – do this by clicking “Enter a New Address” and fill out the recipient information. Do this as many times as you need to in order to add all of your recipients. (You will only need to do this once per recipient – for future orders you will be able to reuse this information).
  6. Once you have added all of the addresses to your address book, you can assign them to the products as desired, by choosing the address from the dropdown menu associated with the product.
  7. Click the blue button “Go to Shipping Information” and select your shipping option for each order.
  8. Click the “Continue to Billing Information”.
  9. At this time, you must select "Pay By Phone" to use this feature. We will call you for your billing information.
